Regal chooses Kunshan for new Royale brand
Hong Kong-based Regal Hotels Group has signed a deal with Ning Hu Real Estate (Kunshan) to open the first Regal Royale brand for the group.
The 5-star hotel in Kunshan is scheduled to open in 2013 as the first of Regal Hotels Group's new premium and luxury brand. The hotel will offer stylish and plush facilities with exclusivity and personalised services in elegant surroundings. There will also be a dedicated 24-hour club lounge service, state-of-the-art meeting and guestroom features and amenities.
The new Regal Royale Hotel will be situated in Kunshan, a city between Shanghai and Suzhou in Jiangsu province. Kunshan is a 30-minute journey from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Wuxi Sunan International Airport. The hotel will be at the heart of a transport network, with easy access to major city expressways and the Beijing-Shanghai Railway from Kunshan Station.
Regal Royale Hotel, Kunshan, will feature around 300 guestrooms and suites that will be contemporary in design with dining options that include an all-day restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, a specialty restaurant, lobby lounge and a patisserie.
Meeting and banqueting facilities will include a pillar-free grand ballroom and several multi-function rooms. An indoor swimming pool, health centre, indoor golf room, spa centre and other recreational facilities will be available to guests
The property is owned by Ning Hu Real Estate (Kunshan) whose operations involve real estate development and management, property consultancy, property leasing, exterior and interior refurbishment and property management.
Regal Hotels Group currenlty manages and operates six hotels in Hong Kong and five in mainland China. Together with the hotels under development in cities in China including Chengdu, Foshan, Shanghai, Suzhou and Zhengzhou, Regal Hotels has more than 7,500 rooms and 80-plus restaurants and bars under its portfolio.
